What’s the catch?

What’s included?
Basically, if our team can solve your issue within one hour, you won’t pay a dime. We’ll diagnose your Microsoft Project, Project Server, or Project Online issue and provide guidance to help you resolve it—including helpful recommendations, troubleshooting steps, and resources.
What’s not included?
If your issue will require more than one hour for our team to solve, we’ll alert you right away. At that point, you can decide if you’d like a quote for your project or if you’d like to give us a different issue for your First Ticket Free offer. (Or both!)
Also, while we are happy to help you with everything you need, this free ticket doesn’t include custom development or coding, deep-dive performance tuning, data recovery or migrations, integrations with other systems, or step-by-step training sessions. If you need any of those things, we can provide you with pricing. We’ll do our best to solve your issue with this free support ticket, but please be aware that some complex problems might need more extensive support.
Who can take advantage of this?
This free ticket is just for new customers (one ticket per company). If you need more help or have colleagues with questions, you’ll want to check out our paid support options.
How quickly will you hear back from us?
We can’t promise we can get your issue resolved the same day you submit it but, at the very least, we’ll respond to confirm we’ve received your ticket (as long as that day is a business day in the U.S.), and we’ll let you know when you can expect to hear back from us. Our support team is fast, and we’ll get back to you quickly.
